VTI signs contract with Elcom, Noika Siemens

Vietnam Telecom International Company (VTI) under the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications group (VNPT) has signed the VND120 billion contract with Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Joint Stock Co (Elcom) and Nokia Siemens Networks.

Under the contract, VTI will design, provide and install the new operator network called Next Generation Network � NGN for these two companies.

VTI is the 20 year-old leading international telecoms service providers in Vietnam. ELCOM is the leading company in Vietnam that specialises in providing telecommunication equipment and software for telecommunication network providers such as VinaPhone, MobiFone and Viettel.
