VNA Opens New Flight Route

The national carrier Vietnam Airlines (VNA) officially announced to open new domestic flight linking HCM City – Da Lat – Da Nang on June 30, 2010 with four flights a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, using new generation ATR72 airplanes. These flights will depart from HCM City at 3:40 p.m. and from Da Nang at 9:10 p.m. It takes 50 minutes to fly from HCM City to Da Lat and 80 minutes from Da Lat to Da Nang.

This is the eighth new air route that Vietnam Airlines has opened since the beginning of 2010 and the 35th flight among domestic routes from three large cities of Hanoi, Da Nang and HCM City to 20 provinces nationwide.
