Vinpearlland JSC changes names

Vinpearlland Tourism Joint Stock Co (coded VPL) has announced that it has changed the company’s name into Vinpearl Joint Stock Co.

Under the company’s resolution, the shareholders approved for changing the company’s name in order to expand the company’s business lines as well as to focus on developing other business sectors.

The abbreviated name of the company will be changed into Vinpearl JSC, instead of Vinpearlland JSC.
