VinaPhone gains 28tr dong revenue in 2010

As announced by VinaPhone, ending the year 2010, the telecommunication network operator gained over 28.172 trillion dong in revenue, or 106 percent of the year’s target.

Also in 2010, to create conditions for the business development, the firm invested in expanding the coverage of 3G network throughout the country, increasing the base transceiver stations (BTS) to 22,000 and developing its network capacity by 30 million subscribers.

According to VinaPhone, one of the company’s key business strategies in 2010 was strengthening the provision of many value added services, especially services for 3G network such as MoMo, Vinasport, GameLoft, TeenPortal, GoMobile, TopTeen, Imedia, TiniPet, MangaMob, SmartTopup and Family Care.

At the same time, VinaPhone also in collaboration with other designers to launch many services and products for many different types of customers in terms of the income and the age such as iPhone products for high-income earners, USB for business people, ALO for students, pupils and the elderly and many other attractive programmes.

In 2011, VinaPhone targets to develop and disseminate the 3G services and encourage customers to access the high speed Internet via the mobile network. – Thoi bao kinh te VN
