Vinamilk raises milk input price by VND1,150/L

Vietnam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk), the biggest milk producer in Vietnam, has raise the prices of milk input by between VND480-VND1,150 per kg to VND11,300-VND12,000 per kg

Vietnam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk), the biggest milk producer in Vietnam, has raise the prices of milk input by between VND480-VND1,150 per kg to VND11,300-VND12,000 per kg, the online newspaper VnExpress reported on March 10.

This is the second time the company has raised the price of milk input with an total increase of VND1,650/kg since the beginning of this year.

Earlier, on Jan 6, the company also raised the prices of milk input by VND500/liter to VND10,100/kg.

The prices of imported milk rose up to 18% at the beginning of March due to the recent 8.5% devaluation of VND. – Stoxplus.com
