Vinamilk pays over 1tr dong for taxes

Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Co (Vinamilk) has recently been ranked the 31st of 1,000 Vietnamese enterprises making the biggest payment for taxes (from 2007 to 2009).

During the year, Vinamilk paid about over one trillion dong for taxes and created jobs for over 4,000 workers.

The dairy producer expected to gain a revenue of over 15 trillion dong in 2010.

Most recently, Vinamilk has also become the Vietnam’s first company being included in top 200 excellent enterprises in Asia 2010.

On October 7, the company finalised expanding and increasing the capacity of Tien Son milk factory ( in Tien Son Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh province), using the most advanced technologies of Germany and Sweden. The factory covering a site of over 14,000 square metres has a total investment of nearly 380 billion dong.
