Vinamilk invests $263m in three plants

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) will invest US$263 million to build three milk production plants in the southern province of Binh Duong and the central city of Da Nang.

Two plans in Binh Duong will produce 800 million litres of liquid milk and 52,000 tonnes of powered milk per year. The plant in Da Nang will produce fresh milk and yoghurt. These plants are expected to be operational by 2012.
