Vinacomin Affiliate Targets to Produce 3.3M Tons of Coal This Year

Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company, an affiliate of the state-owned Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin), targets to produce 3.3 million tons of coal this year, up 6.45% from a year earlier.

The company also plans to earn revenues of nearly VND2 trillion (US$108.23 million) in 2010.
The firm, which was set up in 1961, produced 3.1 million tons of coal in 2009. (Vinacomin)
