Vinachem cooperates with Unilever

Vietnam Chemical Group (Vinachem) yesterday signed a memorandum of understandings (MoU) with Unilever Co for strengthening cooperation relationship in supplying raw materials between the two parties.

By signing the MoU this time, Vinachem targets to become the strategic supplier and a part of global supplying chain of Unilever, apart from the current long-lasting cooperation partnership between Unilever and Vinachem’s subsidiaries.

In details, Unilever would support and cooperate with Vinachem in producing and supplying main raw materials in Vietnam, therefore helping lower the dependence on imported materials, improving the production conditions, enforcing exports.

The two parties also planned to build a new basic chemical plant together.
