Vietnam’s biggest crude oil tanker to be launched in Mar

Quang Ngai province-based Dung Quat Shipbuilding Industry Co has announced that the 104,000 DWT ship is expected to be launched in March 2011 and handed over for its partner in June 2011.

In addition, the 105,000 DWT vessel is also expected to be launched by the end of 2011 and handed over in 2012.

Also in the Dung Quat Economic Zone in Quang Ngai province, Doosan Heavy Industry Co (Doosan Vina) resumed work after a long Tet holiday.

By early March 2011, Doosan Vina will officially produce 3/8 largest salt water treatment equipment ever under the order of Ras Az Zawr project being installed in Saudi Arabia. – Vietbiz24
