Vietnam participates in agriculture exhibition in Egypt

The 23rd International Exhibition of Agriculture and Food in Africa and the Middle East opened in Cairo, Egypt, on September 25, drawing the participation of 30 Vietnamese businesses.

The event aimed to boost cooperation, exchange experiences and introduce products and machines for the agricultural sector.

The Vietnamese delegation was led by Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Diep Kinh Tan and Vietnamese goods such as seafood, basa fish, and cooked rice with coconut and pepper were on display.

On September 26, Minister Diep Kinh Tan had a working session with his Egyptian counterpart to exchange information and seek opportunities for cooperation between the two countries.

A seminar for Vietnamese and Egyptian businesses was held later.
