Vietnam- Laos trade fair opens in Vientiane

A Vietnam – Laos trade fair opened on December 1 in the Laos capital of Vientiane.

Nearly haft of 250 businesses that set up 350 pavilions at the fair are Vietnamese.

The event attracted many people from Vientiane and neighbouring provinces with their wide variety of goods ranging from pharmaceutical, industrial and building materials to processing food, textile and interior decor products.

Also in the framework of the fair, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Lao Ministry of Industry and Commerce held seminars to introduce their business environments and discuss measures to promote trade cooperation.

The trade fair will last until December 5. – VNA
