Vietnam, Hungary boost cultural cooperation

A cultural programme to mark the 60th anniversary of Vietnam-Hungary diplomatic ties opened in HCM City Youth Culture House on November 3.

The event was co-organised by the HCM City Union of Friendship Organisations, the Vietnam-Hungary Friendship Association of HCM City, and the Hungary Embassy in Vietnam.

The programme includes an exhibition displaying 50 works such as pictures, statues, graphics and videos by 10 Hungarian artists.

A test on Hungarian people and land and education, as well as performances of Hungarian folk songs and serving of Hungarian foods will be held at the event.

Organisers said these activities will help strengthen the cooperation and cultural exchanges between the two nations.

The event will finish on November 7. – VOV
