Vietnam gold price surpasses 37.9m dong/tael – June 2

The gold price in the domestic today (June 2) morning increased 80,000 dong per tael from yesterday to over 37.9 million dong per tael, marking the highest level since last month.

Closing the trading session on June 1, the gold price in the world market surged to $1,543.2 per ounce. Previously, the world gold price touched $1,551.6 per ounce, marking the highest level since May 2.

At 8:40 am today morning, the domestic gold price soared to 37.9 million dong per tael. According to SJC, this was the highest level in the domestic market since May 5.

The difference between buying and selling price was about 100,000 dong.
