Vietnam becomes Cambodia’s ninth biggest foreign investor

Since 1994 till the end of 2010, Vietnam has invested $566 million in 41 projects in Cambodia, ranking at the ninth position amongst foreign countries investing in Cambodia, Vu Thinh Cuong, Vietnamese commercial counsellor in Cambodia said.

Vietnamese enterprises mainly focused on sectors such as rubber growing, aviation services, telecommunication, garment and textile, tourism, construction material production, and minerals mining.
