Vietnam- an attractive destination to foreign visitors

The government of Vietnam has always encouraged tourism businesses to develop in a safe and secure manner, said the Vietnamese ambassador to Morocco Cao Xuan Thuan.

The Vietnamese embassy in Morocco has co-ordinated with a Moroccan tourism company to hold a talk on Vietnam tourism under the theme “Vietnam – hidden charms” to introduce the country’s tourism potential to international travel and aviation agencies in Morocco.

This is an opportunity for the embassy to exchange information with travel agencies and tourism companies on visa procedures and promote attractive tours available in Vietnam.

The Vietnamese ambassador to Morocco, Cao Xuan Thuan, affirmed that Vietnam has been considered an ideal, safe and reliable destination for foreign tourists. He also briefed participants on Vietnam’s tourism development, its potential and strengthen as well as famous landscapes.

Under the tourism stimulus programme, the Vietnamese embassy in Morocco will provide visa exemption for tourist coming to Vietnam between October 10 and December 31.

The Chairman of the regional Association of Casablanca Travel Agencies, A.Bokhomet, said that Vietnam will become a favourite destination for high income earners and foreigners living in Morocco.

He expressed hope that the Vietnamese embassy in Morocco would help business and travel agencies to seek information and exchange trade relations with Vietnamese tourism businesses. – VOV
