Vietnam Airlines to maintain normal Japan schedule

There has also been a radiation leak from a damaged nuclear plant in Fukushima.

The carrier operates 46 flights per week to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka from both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

It has announced a full refund for canceled tickets on flights to Japan between March 11 and May 10.

The airline is giving priority to Vietnamese students, employees, and others living in Japan who are seeking to return home.
