Vietnam’s PV Oil said to sell Ruby, Chim Sao crude shipments
PV Oil Co., Vietnam’s state-owned oil-marketing company, is said to have sold 1 million barrels of Ruby and Chim Sao crude in four cargoes to BP (BP/) Plc, Royal Dutch Shell Plc (RDSA), Chevron and Petroleo Brasileiro SA, said four traders who participate in the market, declining to be identified because the information is confidential.
Petroleo Brasileiro, or Petrobras (PETR4), and Chevron both bought Ruby for loading in March at a premium of $6 a barrel to benchmark Minas prices, the traders said. BP and Shell (RDSA) each bought Chim Sao for February at premiums of as much as $7.80 a barrel to Dated Brent, they said.
