VietjetAir joins Vietnamese air service market

VietjetAir officially announced its operation on December 2, marking its participation in budget air service in Vietnam.

Accordingly, VietjetAir will operate four flights everyday on the Ho Chi Minh City- Hanoi rout, with the first flight scheduled for Dec. 25.

VietjetAir plans to launch services linking Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang City in February. It will also expand its network to other Vietnamese cities and provinces and regional destinations.

VietjetAir is the fifth air carrier to join the Vietnamese market, following Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar Pacific, Air Mekong and Vasco. – VIR
