United Pharma gets new distributor

The Tue Lam Company Limited has become the second distributor of the US-based United Pharma Viet Nam Inc (UPI) though a partnership agreement signed on Friday in HCM City.

With business functions in drug trading and providing storage services to UPI, Tue Lam has built standard storage and has been granted Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) certificates at five major cities, including HCM City, Binh Duong, Ha Noi, Da Nang and Can Tho.

Limitations in the local distribution system has been a leading reason for the increase in drug prices. — VNS
