Tradincorp to offer 21.6m shares to public


HCM City Electric Power Trading Investment Corp (Tradincorp) has lately submitted the dossier to the State Securities Commission (SSC) to issue 21,596,050 shares to the public.



Of which, the company will offer 18,384,200 shares to the exiting shareholders priced at par (10,000 dong per share) and the 2,211,850 shares will be allocated to the strategic partners and one million shares remaining is for the company’s employees at the expected price of 10,400 dong per share.



The capital source raised from the share issuance is to help business operations and increase the position of the company.
