Terminal at Buon Ma Thuot airport to be in operational in Dec

Southern Airports Corp has recently said that the new terminal at Buon Ma Thuot airport, in the central highland province of Dak Lak is under completion and is expected to be in operational in December 2011.
As planned, the parking of new terminal will be adding two new positions for aircraft Airbus 321 together with other aircrafts operating at Buon Ma Thuot airport namely Airbus 320, ATR72 and FOKKER70.

Terminal at Buon Ma Thuot airport was started construction in November 2, 2010, with a total initial investment of about 221 billion dong invested by Southern Airports Corp.

The project aims to receive about one million passengers per year and four flights at the rush hour for aircraft A321.

Currently, Vietnam Airlines and Air Mekong are offering round-trip flights at Buon Ma Thuot airport. – Vietbiz24
