Tax cuts for agricultural land till end of 2020

The Government has issued its decision applying tax reductions and exemptions on agricultural land from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2020.

Full tax exemptions will be to land used for production research and experiments, land assigned by the State or land used by recognised poor households. Household poverty is based on current standards.

A 50 percent tax reduction will be granted to agricultural land allotted to economic, social and political organisations or to armed forces by the State.

The tax rates will be continuously applied for 10 years, dating from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2020. – VCCI
