TAKING STOCK 2003 -An update on Vietnam’s Economic developments and reforms

This report was written by Theo Ib Larsen, Vivek Suri, and Dinh Tuan Viet with inputs from Soren Davidsen, Daniel Musson, Minh Van Nguyen, The Dzung  Nguyen,  Samuel  Lieberman,  and James Seward under the overall guidance of Homi Kharas, Klaus Rohland, and Martin Rama.
