Swiss group gears for expansion

DKSH Viet Nam, a subsidiary of the top Switzerland-based group DKSH, is expanding in Viet Nam with some branding changes and construction of a US$12 million distribution centre in Ha Noi that started in June.

The 12,000sq.m facility, slated for completion in mid-2011, would strengthen DKSH’s logistics service capabilities and offerings for healthcare and consumer goods, said Joerg Wolle, President&CEO, DKSH Holding Ltd during a press meeting in HCM City on Tuesday.

Also in the second quarter of 2010, Cummins DKSH Viet Nam Ltd, was established. This is a joint venture between DKSH and Cummins Inc, a leading manufacturer of diesel engines, generator sets, parts and filters.
