SSI tops brokerage market share on HOSE in Q2 and H1

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) lately announced the market share of securities brokerage for the second quarter and first six months of 2011.

In the Q2 ranking table, SSI topped in terms of brokerage market share with 13.2%, following the Q1 share of 11.74%.

Staying behind SSI was HSC and TLS with respective market shares of 9.6% and 6%. Compared with Q1, two companies replaced positions each other.

Total market share of top 10 brokerages in Q2 was 54.82%.

Hoa Binh Securities Co stayed the ninth grade in top brokerages of Q1 but did not show up in top brokers of Q2 and H1. Replacing Hoa Binh broker was Kim Eng Securities Co (KEVS).

H1 market share of SSI reached 12.35%, HSC 7.73% and TLS 7.5%.

Total market share of top 10 brokers in Jan-June was 52.6%, according to HOSE.
