Song Hong Construction estimates to gain Q1 profit of 15b dong


Nguyen Hong Thai, vice general management in Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Co (coded ICG) announced that the company estimated to reach total profit of 15 billion dong in the first three months of this year.



ICG planned to hold the annual shareholders meeting on April 21 to seek approval for the company’s basic business targets such as revenue of 265.7 billion dong, after tax profit of 54.4 billion dong and dividend payment of 17 percent in cash.



The company ws preparing for implementing new projects, including the complex of offices, trade centres and apartments near Vinh Tuy Bridge with total investment capital of 800 billion dong. The company expected to provide about 200 apartments and over 30,000 square metres of offices and trade centres.



The company also planned to start construction project sited at No 187 Lang Ha St in mid 2011.
