Song Da Petro signs $54m contract with oil refinery firm

Song Da Petro Investment and Trading Joint Stock Co (coded SDP) has lately signed a contract with Binh Son Oil Refinery One-member Co Ltd for comprehensive cooperation relationship between the two parties

In details, the concerning parties committed to cooperate comprehensively in improving the qualification, sharing experience and supporting each other in financial issues.

The two parties have recently signed the contract of providing maintenance services and spare parts for some items of Dung Quat Oil Refinery with total value of $54 million

SDP has become the new member company of PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corp since July 22, 2010.
