The investor is also asking for licence to build a herbal medicine factory with investment capital of $30 million for its third phase in the hi-tech park.

Han Tuan Anh, head administrative officer of FPT Hoa Lac, which develops the infrastructure network for the Hoa Lac High-tech Park (HHTP), said this project had become the largest one in term of investment capital in the park and would help the park attract more suppliers in the sector.
