Sico and Nguyen Kim to invest 164 billion dong in trade centre project

Song Da Construction Infrastructure Joint Stock Co (Sico) has recently allowed Song Da Dong Nai Joint Stock Co to associate with Nguyen Kim Trading Joint Stock Co to jointly carry out a 164 billion dong trade centre project at No 260B Pham Van Thuan St, Thong Nhat ward, Bien Hoa city, in the southern province of Dong Nai.
The trade centre project covering on an area of 1,884 square meters including eight floors and a basement is expected to be operational by 2013.

The total assets value being put this association is estimated at 34 billion dong. Under which, Sico’s board of director allowed Song Da Dong Nai Co to contribute 25% stake in this project, equalling to 14 billion dong.

In addition, Nguyen Kim Co gave 20 billion dong remaining to Song Da Co to support the working capital for business and production activities.
