Securities firm raises chartered capital to 1.226tr dong


The State Securities Commission (SSC) lately adjusted the business registration license of Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Co (coded SBS) on March 10, 2011. Accordingly, the securities company released the new chartered capital of over 1.266 trillion dong.



In comparison to the current chartered capital of 1.1 trillion dong, SBS’s new chartered capital was raised by 166.6 billion dong.



After March 14 session, SBS-coded shares was posted at 17,700 dong per share, a decline of 300 dong against the previous session.
