Securities firm hikes chartered capital to 330b dong in 2011


Hoa Binh Securities Joint Stock Co (coded HBS) announced to raise chartered capital from 300 billion dong to 330 billion dong. However, the company hasn’t released any detailed plan for hiking the chartered capital.



In 2011, HBS’ management board would seek approval among the shareholders in the annual shareholders meeting about the 2011 targeted business plan with total revenue of 120 billion dong, increasing by 24 percent year-on-year and after tax profit of 30 billion dong, up 45.35 percent.



The company planned to focus on raising the amount of customers’ stock accounts and revenue from brokerage activities. The company aimed to reach whole year brokerage revenue of 75 billion dong, growing of 42.29 percent against that of 2010.
