Second turbine of Se Re Pok 3 hydropower plant put into operation

After its successful trial run, the second turbine of Se Re Pok 3 hydropower plant with designed capacity of 110MW was officially put into operation, joining the national grid.

Therefore, up to now, the two turbines of Se Re Pok 3 hydropower plant have produced commercial electricity, making contribution to the national grid.

The hydropower plant was built on the third level for hydropower plant of Se Re Pok river, toward the lower part of Buon Kuop hydropower plant (280 MW) in Ea Nhol Commune, Buon Don Dist, Dak Lak province and Ea Po Commune, Cu Jut Dist, Dak Nong province

The total investment capital for this construction project was estimated at 4.8 trillion dong.
