Rubber firm reports gaining 253b dong in Q1 profit

Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Co (coded PHR) has lately released the Q1 business results.



In the first three months of this year, PHR reported to produce 3,875 tonnes of latex, equivalent to 19.37 percent of the year plan, purchasing 1,004 tonnes and processing 4,879 tonnes.



In the period, PHR has sold 6,283 tonnes of products with average price of 95.97 million dong per tonnes, increasing by 44.53 million dong per tonnes against the same period of 2010.



In March only, the company reported selling 1,681 tonnes at average price of 108.16 million dong per tonne, bringing in total revenue of 602.96 billion dong.



After the first quarter of this year, PHR estimated to gain total profit of 253.9 billion dong, fulfilling 41 percent of the year plan.
