Promotional campaigns for Tet underway

Big C is offering a 5-50 percent discount on 3.500 products.

According to a recent survey, vegetable prices have been on the rise in recent days due to the cold spell which has led to a shortage of vegetable supplies.

The demand for Tet products is projected to rise by 30 percent in comparison to other months of the year.

According to the Domestic Trade Policy Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the commodity market usually sees upward movement as Tet approaches.

Nguyen Tien Thoa, General Director of the Department of Price Management says in order to implement the PM’s directions, localities should balance their budgets to help businesses which provide goods for Tet. In addition, relevant departments and agencies should closely monitor those businesses.
