Project to encourage small businesses
Organisers of the “SME Cluster” announced the deadline extension for small- and medium-sized enterprises to register to take part in the project. Businesses have until March 31 instead of March 23 to register.
“SME Cluster” aimed to give technical assistance to Vietnamese small- and medium-sized enterprises operating in textile and garment, shoemaking, and interior and furniture industries in Ha Noi, Hung Yen, Binh Duong and HCM City. Enterprises who wish to participate in the project must have more than 10 full-time staff members, have been in business for at least 2 years, be owned by Vietnamese, and be profitable. The project is organised by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Italian government and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation. — VNS
