Phuoc Hoa rubber firm gains 38.64b dong profit in Feb


Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Co (PHR) has lately announced the business results in February 2011 whereby the company reported tapping over 1,125 tonnes of rubber latex, reaching 5.63 percent of the year’s plan, purchase volume reached 196.2 tonnes and processing volume reached 1,300 tonnes of rubber latex in February.



Accumulatively, in first two months this year, the company tapped nearly 3,845 tonnes of rubber latex, or 19.22 percent of the year’s plan, purchase volume at nearly 1,005 tonnes and processing volume at 4,889 tonnes.



Also in February, the company sold 1,509 tonnes of end product rubber at the average price of 104.85 million dong per tonne with a revenue of 158.18 billion dong.



Totally, in Jan-Feb, the company’s consumption reached 4,602 tonnes of finished product rubber, at the average price of 91.5 million dong per tone and revenue at 421 billion dong, equalling to 32.3 percent of the year’s target. In Jan-Feb, the company’s revenue was 424.72 billion dong.



PHR’s profit in February was 38.64 billion dong, bringing the total figure in Jan-February to 134.63 billion dong or 27.76 percent of the year’s target.



In 2011, the company targets to hike chartered capital to 813 billion dong, total after tax profit at 367.5 billion dong and 25 percent dividend payment. Also in 2011, the company will invest in its subsidiary namely Phuoc Hoa Kampong Thom in Cambodia.
