Pharmaceutical firm to start operation of Cephalosporine Binh Duong factory

Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Co (coded IMP) expected to officially put into operation the Cephalosporine-Binh Duong factory by the end of June.

This factory, which was built by IMP as the main investor with total investment capital of over 110 billion dong, will produce and supply liquid antibiotic products to the market. After being put into operation, the factory was expected to bring in annual revenue of 200 billion dong, helping the pharmaceutical firm maintain profit growth rate of 10 percent per year.

At present, IMP was preparing procedures to apply for raising chartered capital to 160 billion dong in order to expand the factory in the second phase. In addition, the company will transport some production lines from the factory in Dong Thap to the new one in Binh Duong province.
