PetroVietnam Expects 10.97M Tons of Oil Equivalent in Second Half

The state-owned Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) expects to produce 10.97 million tons of oil equivalent in the second half of this year versus its earlier target of 11.73 million tons.

PetroVietnam hopes to earn revenues of VND208.119 trillion (US$10.9 billion) in H2, up against its earlier target of VND195.513 trillion.

Earlier, the firm targets to produce 7.8 million tons of crude oil and 3.93 billion cubic meters of natural gas in H2.

The group expects revenues of VND443.667 trillion this year versus its earlier targets of VND401 trillion and up 67.42% against the 2009’s figure of VND265 trillion while it targets tax payments of over VND110 trillion during the year
