PetroLand to start selling Cam Ranh Golf villas in late 2011

Bui Minh Chinh, general director of Petro Capital and Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Co. (PTL) said that the company has speeded up the implementation process in Cu Hin-Cam Ranh ecological villas and golf course project.
At present, some banks have pledged to fund 100 billion dong for the project. The company planned to start selling 70 villas and golf cards in late 2011. In the first phase, PTL has built an 18-hole golf course there.

The project was sited near Nha Trang Bay, in an area of 171.9 hectares, and was a part of Cam Ranh Tourism Area.
