Petroland sells 67 apartments in Petroland Tower

Petro Capital Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Co (Petroland) announced that in December, the company has already sold 67 apartments in Petroland Tower at price of 25.6 million dong per square metre (exclusive VAT).
The company has also completed selling up to 80 percent of total office areas in the tower and leasing the rest area.

Petroland Tower project had investment capital of over 1 trillion dong, to be sited in the Phu My Hung International Financial and Trading Centre, about 8 kilometres far away from the centre of HCM City.

The tower has 33 storeys with total flooring areas of 57,081 square metres.
