Petrol stabilisation fund has over 850b dong as of Sep-end

At a seminar on petrol price management under market mechanism held on September 20 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) said that the total estimated fund from March 23, 2009 to September 30, 2011 would be 8.454 trillion dong.

(US$1 = 20,830.00 dong)
Accordingly, the total spending till 10:00 am on February 24, 2011 was worth 7.602 trillion dong. Thus, the balance of the fund till September 30, 2011 would be 852 billion dong. Of which, the ministry does not intend to use this fund from now till September 30, 2011.
