Outstanding entrepreneurs awarded Gold Cup

An awards ceremony for Vietnamese businesses, brand names, and outstanding executives took place in Hanoi on August 22.

Gold cups were awarded to 50 prominent businesses for their productivity, quality, efficiency and social impact. These businesses have taken the lead in technological innovation and environmental protection in various fields including services, construction, food, cosmetics, textiles and garments.

Twenty nine businesses won awards for their efforts in building and developing their trademarks. The products made by these firms are of high quality with diverse designs and therefore highly competitive in the international arena. PVC, Thuan Thao, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Traffic Work Company, and Nam Ha Joint Stock Construction Company are examples of such enterprises.

At the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung presented gold cups to 42 outstanding business leaders who used their creative thinking to contribute significantly to the development of their enterprises and the local economy. – VOV
