Newtatco project to come up in hanoi

Hanoi People’s Committee has approved the construction project of Newtatco Apartment Building in My Dinh Commune, Tu Liem Dist.

The project has total land area of 853 square metres. The building will have eight storeys that meet the requirements for the primary architecture plan approved by the city’s Department of Planning and Architecture.

The project will be conducted by New Technology Application and Tourism one-member Co Ltd as the main investor with total investment capital of 53.419 billion dong. The construction is expected to last from Q3 of 2011 to Q4 of 2012.
