Navibank hikes chartered capital to 3tr dong


Nam Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Navibank-NVB) has recently reported the results of the share issuance to the public from December 24, 2010 to February 22, 2011.



Accordingly, NVB successfully offered 119 million shares amongst the total of 150 million shares being issued, equalling to the successful ratio of 79.99 percent.



The company raised nearly 1.19 trillion dong from the share issuance.

After this share issuing, NVB’s chartered capital increased to over 3 trillion dong. Of which, Saigon-Binh Dinh Energy Joint Stock Co holds 29.79 million shares, equalling to 9.89 percent stake.
