Nam Cuong inaugurates a 27-storey Nam Cuong office building

Nam Cuong Group on October 28 inaugurated and put into use a 27-storey Nam Cuong office building in Duong Noi urban zone, Ha Dong district (Hanoi).
At a height of 108 meters, Nam Cuong building is the highest office building in Ha Dong district, by the time it is put into use. This is a combination of hotel – office for rent in Duong Noi new urban zone.

The building with 27 floors and a basement is a modern design, located on the expanded Le Van Luong Street. The total construction area is 52,284 square meters and the total use area is over 33,000 sqm with floor area of from 900 – 1,200 sqm each. Asking rent at Nam Cuong office building is expected to range from $15-$25 per sqm, depending on each floor.

Currently, Nam Cuong is also investing in many investment and important traffic projects, new urban zone projects in Hanoi and northern provinces such as Duong Noi urban zone, Co Nhue, Phung Khoang (Hanoi), new urban zone in the west of Hai Duong province, Hoa Vong urban zone (Nam Dinh province) and other hotels. – Source: Vietbiz24.com
