MobiFone rated best in Beeline survey

Vietnam’s seventh mobile network, Beeline, on March 8 announced the results of a survey about mobile operators in Vietnam, conducted by a market research firm named TNS in late 2009.

According to the survey, MobiFone ranks at the top among seven mobile networks in Vietnam in all three standards; brand recognition, users’ favorite and users’ wish to use.

MobiFone reached 100 percent for brand recognition, followed by Viettel and VinaPhone with 99 percent both, S-Fone 84 percent, Beelilne 76 percent, Vietnamobile 63 percent and EVN Telecom 59 percent.

For user favorite, MobiFone also ranked the first with 54 percent, Viettel 29 percent, VinaPhone 14 percent.

They also won top position for users’ wish to use, with 56 percent, Viettel 44 percent and VinaPhone 25 percent.

Previously, MobiFone won many awards as the best mobile network in Vietnam, including at the Vietnam Mobile Awards.

The company has been recognized for having the best quality service in Vietnam in tests conducted by the Ministry of Information and Communications for the last three years.
