Mobifone issues new policy on subscribers
Telecom service supplier Mobifone has implemented new policies for subscriber convertibility from January 19.
Customers have now been able to switch subscribe numbers at any time. The minimum fee for is VND5,000 per time. The maximum conversion is 10 per cent of the value of the account.
Those who want to change their SIM card will be offered free alternatives if they become post-paid subscribers.
