MIPIM Asia 2010: play ground for major players in property sector

MIPIM Asia is an annual convention and exhibition on the worldwide scale real estate projects. MIPIM Asia 2010 is scheduled to be held in Hong Kong on November 10-12.

According to Mr Le Vinh Duc, Business Development Director of An Duc Brand Communications – Chief Representative of MIPIM Asia in Vietnam, “many successful deals with value up to hundreds of millions of USD have been made between Vietnamese property companies, financial organizations and international investors. Obviously, MIPIM Asia has been creating more and more development chances for Vietnamese real estate market which is currently in the quite time”.

“Following the success of MIPIM Asia 2009 with 27 Vietnamese Real Estate companies, MIPIM Asia 2010 expects to welcome 30 Vietnamese companies.” Mr Germain Daleau, Sales Manager of MIPIM Asia, said.

Vina Captial, accompanied by the other experts from high reputation real estate corporations and consultancies, also brings to MIPIM Asia 2010 the presentation about “Vietnam Real Estate Market – a destination for foreign investment”, Mr. Germain added.
