May 4: foreigners keep net buying, ctd, pvx in focus

Foreigners continued their net buying fashion on both two bourses, their performances focused on 1 million net sell shares in CTD in HOSE and heavy buying into PVX in the HNX.

On HOSE, foreigners net bought VND1 billion shares after buying 3,750,390 shares for VND120.13 billion and sold 2,602,180 shares for VND119.15 billion, accounting for 20.57% buying value and 20.41% selling value.

The data showed that foreigners bought in to mid cap and pennies today while they sold high-priced stocks as the volume and value showed big gap.

These players most actively bought into SSI (10.7 billion), HAG(VND6.9 billion),BVH (VND5.2 billion), GMD(VND5.2 billion) and PVD (VND4.2 bilion). Three out of the five most wanted stocks were financials.

The top net selling list was CTD(-VND56 billion), MSN-VND3.2 billion), DPM(-VND0.7 billion),DIG(-VND0.6 billion), and TLH(VND0.5 billion. It should be noted that foreigners net sold MSN for the first time after its recent 9 day running up with a gain of 45%, an impressive figure in such a gloomy market condition.

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, foreigners also net bought VND24.41  billion after buying 1,784,100 shares for VND26.54  billion and 146,200 shares for VND2.12 billion accounting for 10.18% buying value and 0.81% selling value.

They actively bought PVS, BVS, KLS, PVG, PVS while their active offloaded were TDN, THT, DZM, TV2, VSP. – Stoxplus.com
